Botanist Wilfred Glendon travels to Tibet in search of a rare flower that blooms only in moonlight. While searching for the flower, he is attacked by a howling monster. When he returns to London, an enigmatic doctor tells him that a pair of werewolves are responsible for a string of murders, but the flower is an antidote to werewolfism.
