To avoid jail for her questionable business practices, dancer Tira joins a circus act in exchange for a loan for legal fees. When her show becomes a hit, she attracts Jack's attention and falls in love with him. A misunderstanding leads him to end the affair, and Tira sues him for breach of contract.
