Synopsis

In Mountain City, a fierce newspaper war erupts when powerful racketeer Charles Gillette buys a local paper to exact revenge against his enemies. When the rival paper's star reporter, Ralph Houston, refuses to work for him, Ralph's girlfriend, Vina Swain, joins Gillette's paper out of spite.
